The Kiddie Junction Kindergarten Program is Accredited!
Ms. Helena is a person who lives and breathes her class, and continues her research in her spare time to make sure the unit they are studying is just right. It’s a pleasure to have alumni parents tell us their child aced first grade because the work they were doing was the same as they had done back in her Kindergarten classroom.
In all aspects of development, the Kiddie Junction Kindergarten Program is ideal for preparing children for the first grade. The child’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical needs are met through the carefully planned educational programs. The lessons and activities are designed to correlate with the curriculum taught by both the local public and private Kindergartens. Our low teacher-to-student ratios (1-10) provide the personal attention that is so important to these children who are now beginning a formal education.
The members of our teaching staff are degreed and certified in education. Their level of creativity and enthusiasm are apparent in the classroom. Lesson plans are taught in a low pressure environment which allows a child to develop a love for learning. An emphasis on creativity and individuality allows each child to grow in an atmosphere of security and fun.
The Kiddie Junction Kindergarten Program is designed to meet the needs of working parents. The early morning and late afternoon are designed for the children to participate in art & crafts, games, songs, and dance.
This time is important in helping the child develop socially and emotionally. Free play also scheduled to allow children to participate in their favorite activities, or just relax.
Each child’s level of development will be monitored and directed with skillful attention, encouragement and responsiveness from our trained staff. Any child completing this program will be ready for the challenges of any first grade class.
